Talent Box Software Updates, Winter 2019

Below are the mid-Winter 2019 changes to the Talentbox.app Student and Teacher websites that are used by schools.

Changes that only affect Empow Studios staff (internal changes) will be marked [Empow only].

Student site — learn.talentbox.app

  • Instruction Links – An issue was fixed that had caused HTML and PDF instruction hyperlinks not to appear.

Teacher site — teach.talentbox.app

  • Privacy Policy – Teachers must accept the privacy policy when logging in (one time).
  • Teacher submission rubrics – When approving submissions, teachers can now see the rubric for the submission right in the same window.
  • [Empow only] Nametag change – The director name has been removed from nametags.
  • [Empow only] Session student number – Session pages now show the number of students at the top.
  • [Empow only] Session track additions – An issue was fixed that had caused tracks added in the session creation window to show up without text.
  • [Empow only] Session files verification – An issue was fixed that had required name verification to access Session Files.  That verification is no longer needed.
